Mediation & Alternative Dispute Resolution Processes

ArchThe Zeytoonian Center provides legal and dispute resolution services that are proactive, collaborative, cost and time efficient and less damaging to relationships and reputations. Our dispute resolution process is designed to educate our clients and to select the best approach to resolve their dispute in a manner that satisfies their interests. We have a philosophical commitment to the sovereignty of our clients, by keeping the control of the process and the decision making in the hands of the clients, not a third party like an arbitrator, a judge or a jury.

Our alternative dispute resolution services include the following:

Mediation

Integrated Dispute Resolution

IDR4 is completely client-centered, not court-centered. It views litigation as a last resort, only to be used when other interest-based, non-adversarial efforts have failed to fully resolve the dispute. This approach merges the legal analysis and assessment skills of the lawyer with the facilitative and negotiating skills of the mediator or settlement counsel, and utilizes the expertise of professional consultants or coaches. It draws from one or more of the problem solving approaches within the Dispute Resolution Spectrum or “DRS”, creates hybrid processes that are decided by the parties, responsive to their situation, and focused on satisfying their interests and goals. Read More >>

Case Evaluation

Case evaluation takes a close look at the dispute, the issues, the positions of the parties as well as the applicable law, and objectively assesses the strengths and weaknesses of the case from each party’s perspective. Read More >>
